cognoscenti
Cognoscenti is a fun word. I've seen it plenty of times, but never fully understood what it meant, until this morning; I read it on someone's Facebook page, and decided to google it.
According to dictionary.com, cognoscenti is "persons who have superior knowledge and understanding of a particular field, especially in the fine arts, literature, and world of fashion".
I'm a total cognoscenti when it comes to chocolate brands, property finance and Sex & The City. Interesting mix...
